Recipe: Yogurt Bowl with Coconut Almond Granola

Ingredients

  • Sliced or slivered almonds, toasted (don’t skip – adds so much crunch and flavor)
  • Toasted unsweetened Coconut (I buy these)
  • Flax seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • 5 Crushed brazil nuts 
  • 2 chai powder
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Vanilla protein powder 
  • Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix granola
  2. Mix vanilla protein powder into your yogurt. Top with granola.

This really tastes like dessert for breakfast.

Crushed Brazil nuts add supposed health benefits (not a doctor) and also help the spices stick

You can stick this together into crumbles with egg whites, and bake and turn it into a more convincing granola but I like the low lift version I don’t mind the loose- pieces especially if you use larger toasted coconut flakes.

I mashed the Brazil nuts in my mortar and pestle which helped to clean it and stick the spices.
