Ingredients
- Sliced or slivered almonds, toasted (don’t skip – adds so much crunch and flavor)
- Toasted unsweetened Coconut (I buy these)
- Flax seeds
- Chia seeds
- 5 Crushed brazil nuts
- 2 chai powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- Vanilla protein powder
- Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Mix granola
- Mix vanilla protein powder into your yogurt. Top with granola.
This really tastes like dessert for breakfast.
Crushed Brazil nuts add supposed health benefits (not a doctor) and also help the spices stick
You can stick this together into crumbles with egg whites, and bake and turn it into a more convincing granola but I like the low lift version I don’t mind the loose- pieces especially if you use larger toasted coconut flakes.
I mashed the Brazil nuts in my mortar and pestle which helped to clean it and stick the spices.
