Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla Quest protein powder (or another low-carb vanilla protein powder)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese 
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
  • ½ tsp lemon zest 
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger (or more)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup water 
  • ½ tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or ginger as needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
