Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla Quest protein powder (or another low-carb vanilla protein powder)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp fresh grated ginger (or more)
- ½ cup ice cubes
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or ginger as needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
