Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ⅓ cup almond butter 
  • 1½ scoops vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed (adds fiber, lowers net carbs)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (only if needed for consistency)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips 
  • Walnuts (optional, for crunch)

Instructions

  1. Blend chickpeas in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add almond butter, protein powder, flax seed, vanilla, and salt. Blend again.
  3. Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time id needed until it reaches a cookie dough texture. (I skipped this but it will depend on your chickpeas)
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and other add-ins.
