Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- 1½ scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed (adds fiber, lowers net carbs)
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp almond milk (only if needed for consistency)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
- Walnuts (optional, for crunch)
Instructions
- Blend chickpeas in a food processor until smooth.
- Add almond butter, protein powder, flax seed, vanilla, and salt. Blend again.
- Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time id needed until it reaches a cookie dough texture. (I skipped this but it will depend on your chickpeas)
- Stir in chocolate chips and other add-ins.
