Nutrition Goals
I’M NOT A DOCTOR. Or a nutritionist. Really I have no idea what I’m talking about. I’m just sharing what I’ve been doing and what seems to work for me so far. These recipes have helped me meet my goal (which did come from a nutritionist) to eat more protein in my day than carbs, and increase my fiber. That’s why I’m including counts (in grams) for those three stats on each main page.
A Note on AI
Cover photos (obviously) have been brought to you by my ai partner. I started using AI to help me come up with recipes and asked for pictures so I would know what to expect. On top of that I find it fun to compare fact with fiction
AI has some known limitations. (Have you tried “style my item” on amazon with something like a fridge?) But it’s extremely helpful when in tandem with your own human judgment when something doesn’t clearly seem right. In most cases I tell it what ingredients I have, what I want to end up with, and the ratio of macros I’m looking for and then I adapt from there.
